Guy Remlin is a lifesaver. I was saddened to realize over the past few years my riding stamina has decreased. I love my horse and the time we spend riding so I knew I needed to make a healthy change. I researched local fitness trainers and discovered Guy through his website “thebodyguy.net.” He taught me good eating habits, proper intensity and form. After losing fifty pounds I have more energy to ride, and not only that, my blood pressure has gone down and I am more confident. Confident in the gym as well because when I train with him my work out is backed by his vast knowledge. Thanks Guy

FIGHTING SIOUX, TRAVIS CLIFTON TRAINS WITH GUY

Hi, my name is Travis Clifton and I'm 19 years old. I have been training with Guy Remlin for almost 2 months. I am extremely grateful to be training under Guy as he has showed me the proper form for weightlifting. I attended Hartnell College for 2 years and I recently received a scholarship to play at the University of North Dakota to play Division 1 baseball. So, to prepare myself I wanted to train at the highest level possible. Guy is the best hands down. I had a pretty good knowledge on working out, but since I met Guy he has showed me the ins and outs of working out as-well-as proper eating regiments. Every time I enter the gym with Guy I know I will be pushed to the max and it's an honor to work alongside someone like Guy who is so accomplished and determined. I want to compete at the highest level when it comes to baseball and with the help of Guy I will be able to achieve this. All I can say is I am very grateful to be a friend of Guy's and have a chance to train with him. It has been a great experience and honor, and the skills that I have learned from Guy will stick with me for the rest of my life. I would definitely recommend Guy to anybody and everybody as long as you have the drive. So call Guy and meet with him as he can change your life, as he has changed mine, for the best.

Best,

Travis Clifton

Encouragement From Guy

Greetings Sport's Fans! I wanted to touch base and offer a little bit of encouragement to my friends and clients during these tough economic times. I have been privy to many of the confidences of friends, family and client's stories on their losses of jobs, income, houses, etc. There is no question, that we as a nation must remain strong, dedicated and persistent with our goals and strides to recovery; however, there are things that one can do to naturally feel better too.
It is important to remember to take good care of one's self. Exercise and staying busy will keep the endorphins flowing. Which is important in maintaining a positive attitude, making positive contacts and strides. Additionally, you will increase your endurance, physical appearance, metabolism, sleep better and so much more! All that from exercise! One final thought, what goes up must come down and what is down must come up. It is simply the law of averages, if you continue to make strides, opportunities will eventually present themselves. My dear friends, keep moving and remember, I am here rooting for you all!
